About
Classic Brazilian rodízio: waiters bring charcoal-grilled meat to your table on large skewers and carve it straight onto your plate until you say stop. For a fixed price, the meat and sides are unlimited. The restaurant sits on a hill in Miraverde, above the Gran Sur area, about 10 minutes by car from Ponderosa.
Our tip
Go hungry and don't fill up on the sides straight away – the best cuts, such as picanha, arrive gradually. Book at weekends (922 71 32 55); closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
