About
Verónicas is a strip of bars and clubs on Avenida Rafael Puig Lluvina in Playa de las Américas, with the neighbouring Starco and El Parche centres – the main nightlife hub in the south of the island. It's a classic party zone, loud and lively until the early hours. The best known venue is Tramps (‘The King of Clubs’), with several rooms – house, R&B, hip-hop and reggae.
Our tip
This isn't the place for a quiet evening – it's a pure party zone that only gets going around 23:00. It's about 15 minutes' walk from Ponderosa; better to take a taxi back.
