About
The second Michelin-starred restaurant in the Royal Hideaway Corales complex in La Caleta. Head chef Adrián Bosch cooks ‘travelling, mixed’ cuisine inspired by the world – with Peruvian and Japanese influences – but built on Canarian produce and small suppliers. As well as its Michelin star, it holds a Sol Repsol.
