About
The only two-Michelin-star restaurant in Adeje, run by brothers Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón. Once based in Los Gigantes, it now occupies the 5th floor of the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach hotel in La Caleta, with ocean views. Dinner is a tasting-menu experience lasting several hours.
Our tip
Book weeks ahead – even earlier for Christmas and Easter. Allow about three hours and dress up a little.
