San Andrés is a fishing village on the edge of Santa Cruz, right next to the golden beach of Las Teresitas, and its lanes are full of simple fish restaurants. Los Pinchitos is the most popular of them all – almost 12,000 Google reviews averaging 4.5. No frills, but fresh seafood and house wine.
