About
The Tenerife restaurant of celebrated Basque chef Martín Berasategui, at the Ritz-Carlton Abama resort, holder of two Michelin stars. The kitchen is run on site by Erlantz Gorostiza. From the house in Callao Salvaje it's only about 10 minutes by car.
Our tip
Arrive early and have a drink on Abama's terraces as the sun sets over La Gomera. It's open only four evenings a week – book well in advance.
