About
A golden cove below the luxury Abama resort, framed by dark cliffs and banana plantations. The water is sheltered and calm, and the beach has showers, toilets, a bar and sunbeds. The public reach it on foot via a path and steps – the funicular is for hotel guests only.
Our tip
The car park by the public path is small, so arrive early. The way back up is steep – allow about 10 minutes for the climb.
