About
Tenerife's westernmost tip: a red-and-white lighthouse on black lava rocks, crystal-clear sea and views of the sheer Los Gigantes cliffs and La Gomera. Since 19 January 2026 the TF-445 road has been closed to private cars, pedestrians and cyclists because of construction work – you can only get here on TITSA bus 369 or by taxi.
Our tip
Leave the car at the bus station in Buenavista del Norte and hop on the 369 (about 20 minutes). During storm warnings the road is closed completely – check the Buenavista council website or titsa.com before you go.
