About
A country restaurant in the mountain hamlet of Ifonche at around 1,000 m, a favourite stop for walkers and locals after hikes in the area. It serves honest Canarian food at reasonable prices, far from the tourist promenades.
Our tip
The road winds up through narrow hairpins via La Escalona – allow 35 minutes by car. Closed on Thursdays and Sundays; bring a sweatshirt, as it's noticeably cooler up here than by the sea.
