About
One of Europe's best-known zoos, in the north of the island – parrots, gorillas, tigers, a huge aquarium with a shark tunnel, and Planet Penguin with its artificial snowfall. There are also orca, dolphin and sea lion shows. It's about an hour's drive from the south on the motorway, so plan on a full day out.
Our tip
Get the Twin Ticket with Siam Park – Siam is within walking distance of Ponderosa, and you have 15 days to visit the second park. If you'd rather not drive, you can add the park's own bus from the south to your ticket (arrives from 10:00, departs 16:30).
