About
A coastal path in Los Realejos between the El Burgado and San Pedro viewpoints, passing through one of the last palm groves on the island, past the historic Hacienda de Castro estate and the small Fortín de San Fernando fort, high above wild beaches. It's a protected landscape with many nesting birds and the typical greenery of the north.
Our tip
As of October 2026, Tenerife ON reports sections of the route closed for construction work – check the status before you go. It's recommended to start at El Burgado and finish at the Mirador de San Pedro, where buses run back to Puerto de la Cruz.
