About
The only Michelin-starred restaurant in the north of Tenerife – it won its star in the Michelin Guide 2026. Chef Seve Díaz's small restaurant, in a single-storey house two minutes from the Plaza del Charco and the La Ranilla quarter, offers two tasting menus built on seasonal Canarian produce, some of it from their own farm, and fish fresh every day.

Book several months ahead (Michelin recommends this too), and before dinner take a stroll through the colourful La Ranilla fishermen's quarter.
