About
Vilaflor is the highest village in the Canary Islands (about 1,400 m above sea level) and the last village before you enter Teide National Park from the south. Casa Pana is a village restaurant with a terrace looking out over the mountains; the recipes the locals have come to love were handed down by its founder, a woman named Pana.
